A Woodstock Themed Event

The Festival of Peace, Love and Jemma.

For Jemma's 21st birthday she wanted the peaceful vibes of Woodstock '69. See how Élan created a unique festival theme for her, creating a bespoke outdoor festival event space at her family's property!

The event incorporated a slideshow, festival food, grazing table, glamping, and a mesh of vibrant colours to create the Woodstock themed party she imagined.

By the end, a fully-fledged miniature festival site was formed. Guests could party in the undercover dance floor area or relax in the chill-out area, which was complete with glamping tents, low picnic tables and painted barrel bar tables.

We organised suppliers of food, props and drinks, and inappropriately named the food and drinks after illicit drugs of the era.

Every detail was taken care of to ensure that the event was entertaining for all, ran like clockwork, and was representative of the festival party ideas Jemma had in mind for the event.

We successfully created the Woodstock vibe, leading to a care-free, relaxed party atmosphere that got guests mingling till the early hours of the next morning.
